Fairness

Random elements in Galaxy Casino, such as slot outcomes, cards and numbers, are determined using a server-based random number generation algorithm (RNG). The generated random numbers, each game's rules and your choices determine the final result.

Do operators decide whether I win or lose?

Operators do not arbitrarily assign wins or losses to individual players or intervene to manipulate the results of play in progress.

Does personal information affect random outcomes?

No personal information that identifies you is collected during random-number processing or used to decide wins and losses.

Information and play records needed for account management, customer support and other service operations are processed and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If I keep losing, am I guaranteed to win next time?

Random outcomes can include consecutive wins or losses. Not winning several times does not guarantee a win on your next play.

Game formats and winning conditions vary, so please check each game's rules and paytable.
