Fairness

Random elements in Cash Bay Slots, such as slot outcomes and bingo draws, are determined by a server-based random number generator (RNG). The generated random numbers, each game’s rules and your choices together determine the final result.

Do operators decide whether I win or lose?

Operators do not arbitrarily decide whether individual players win or lose, or intervene to manipulate the results of ongoing play.

Does personal information affect random results?

The random-number process does not collect personal information that identifies you or use it to decide whether you win or lose.

Information and play records needed for account management, customer support and other service operations are processed and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If I keep losing, am I guaranteed to win next time?

Random results can include consecutive wins or non-winning outcomes. Several non-winning plays do not guarantee a win on the next play.

How a game is played and what counts as a win vary by game. Please check the rules and paytable for the game you are playing.
